01 How do I wash them?

Rinse in cold water, place your underwear in our wash bag, and toss it in the wash. Air dry afterward. You can wash without the bag, but we recommend using it to help keep your underwear in the best condition.

02 What are the absorbency levels?

Our period underwear comes in Medium Flow and Heavy Flow, so you can choose the level of protection that fits your day. Medium Flow holds about the same as 2–3 regular tampons or pads, while Heavy Flow holds about 4–5 regular tampons or pads, making it great for heavy days or overnight. Most people can wear them comfortably for 8–12 hours, depending on their flow.

03 Can I wear them overnight?

Yes, our Heavy Flow period underwear is designed to be worn overnight for extra leak protection while you sleep. They provide comfortable, breathable coverage and hold about the same as 4–5 regular tampons or pads. For best results, we recommend Heavy Flow for overnight use, especially on heavier days.

04 What size should I choose?

Choose the size you normally wear in regular underwear for the best fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more comfortable feel, we recommend sizing up. A snug (but not tight) fit helps ensure the leak-proof layers work properly.

05 Are they safe and non-toxic?

Yes, our period underwear is made with safe, breathable fabrics and is designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. All materials are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning they are tested for harmful substances and meet strict safety standards.
